Thyme Again Gardens, an organic farm owned and operated by SF members Lori Asselstine and Lorraine Schmid, in Carrying Place will be hosting our annual
‘field to table’ event this year.
Details of the event are still being planned,
but will include an opportunity by participants to harvest ingredients for the communal meal.
We are open to suggestions as to the type of activities that could be included, or any skills that you may with to share or demonstrate.
We will also need volunteers to help with the setup, food preparation, cleanup, etc... If you are interested in participating as a volunteer in this event, or have any other suggestions or contributions to propose, please send an email to info@slowfoodthecounty.ca |
